John brings 18+ years of homebuilding experience across multiple markets and multiple disciplines and has led operations on a total of 1,500 lots. While managing a team responsible for 14 communities with an average of 150 homes at Watermark, John manages all aspects of horizontal and vertical construction through third party partners, and oversees expenditures, cash flow, and payroll for all land & homebuilding operations.

Before joining Watermark, John climbed the professional ladder at David Weekley Homes as a Senior Builder, to Project Manager, and Division President - doubling net income 400%+ versus budget over the last 3 years as a Project Manager. John has proven his proficiency in P&L, construction, and sales management across multiple markets.
