With over 27 years of professional real estate experience as a Purchasing Manager, Ken brings real world knowledge and skill to the table. After receiving his BSBA in Real Estate/Construction Mgmt from the University of Denver, Ken went on to work as a Purchasing Manager for a myriad of home building companies - David Weekley Homes being the most recent, all in all managing purchases on over 2,000 homes.

In 2021, Ken obtained $107M in revenue on a budget of $93M, had an 18.21% contribution margin on a budget of 17.3%, and brought in $7.5M in net income on a budget of $3.5M, among other things.
